The Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) section activates whenever you indicate that one or more ADUs are present on the subject parcel. Under the March 31, 2026 Fannie Mae Selling Guide update, up to three ADUs on a single-unit property are now eligible — a significant expansion from the prior single-ADU limit.
